Delivery Tracking

Pick Up and Delivery Information
In Store or Online Order Pick-Up
Pickup of merchandise ordered in store or online is available from our distribution centres in Edmonton, Calgary, and Camrose. Pickup of product from any distribution centre is free. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
Online Order Conditions
Upon pick up or delivery of merchandise, we require the cardholder to be present along with the credit card used to make the online purchase, as well as matching photo ID. If the cardholder is not present for pick up or delivery, the merchandise will not be released.
Local Delivery Fees
The following delivery fees apply in the Greater Edmonton and Greater Calgary areas. This includes Edmonton, Leduc, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, St. Albert, Devon & Sherwood Park, as well as Airdrie, Balzac, Chestermere, Cochrane & Okotoks.
Local In-Home Delivery Service
- Mattresses: Under $999 = $99; Over $999 = Free Delivery
- All Other Products: Under $2000 = $99; Over $2000 = $189
Merchandise will be removed from the manufacturer’s packaging and fully inspected prior to delivery. Your furniture will be set up in your room of choice, legs attached, felt pads installed if required, electronic components connected/tested, and all packaging will be removed.
Delivery teams will NOT move, rearrange, or take away pre-existing furniture or décor for liability reasons. Delivery teams are limited to handling only products on the Bill of Sale being delivered that day.
Merchandise purchased from stock that has been picked up or delivered may be returned within 48 hours of pick up or delivery, subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, or we will offer a one-time re-selection with no fees. Goods not returned within 48 hours are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
Terms of Delivery
Please assist us to make your delivery successful:
- We only deliver if your residence is attended by a person of legal age for the entire delivery duration.
- Ensure driveways, walkways, and hallways are clear of obstructions like vehicles, snow, ice, mud, or construction materials.
- If our delivery team determines a tight fit, you will be asked to sign a waiver authorizing the attempt. This releases liability for any resulting damage.
- Remove any existing furniture and ensure the space is ready to receive your new item(s).
If a product is delivered and set up in-home, then later cancelled and picked up, a $99 pick-up fee and restocking fee will apply. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Rural & Out of Town Deliveries
Any rural or out-of-town deliveries are subject to different delivery fees than those listed above.

Konto Furniture Standard Warranty
The following warranties are given to the original purchaser of Konto Furniture products.
Warranties are non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover transportation costs, wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage by the consumer. We will always attempt to first repair vs replace the product. All clearance products are sold “as is” without a manufacturer’s warranty. No repairs, returns, re-selections or exchanges of clearance products are possible.
Frames – 10-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all frames for ten years from the date of possession to be free from material and manufacturing defects. After one year, the frame warranty covers replacement parts only.
Springs – 10-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all spring construction for ten years from the date of possession against spring breakage caused by metal fatigue or spring clips loosened from the frame. After one year, the spring warranty covers replacement parts only.
Mechanisms – 2-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all mechanisms, for two years from the date of possession, to be free from material or manufacturing defects. After one year, the mechanism warranty covers replacement parts only.
Electronics/Power – 2-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all power and electronic components for two years from the date of possession to be free from material or manufacturing defects. Cables being squeezed or cut is not considered a manufacturer defect. After one year, the electronic warranty covers replacement parts only.
Foam – 2-year limited warranty
Konto Furniture warrants foam for two years from the date of possession to be free from material or manufacturing defects.
All seat cushion cores will soften with normal use and conform to the user’s shape. This shall be considered normal wear. Fibre fills and feather tops, backs, and arms will flatten with use. Regular fluffing will help prolong the product’s vibrancy.
Fabric – 1-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all fabric for one year from the date of possession against fraying.
Leather – 1-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all leather for one year from the date of possession against defects in materials, workmanship, seam slippage, cracking, and dye transfers.
Leather is a natural product and will vary by hide. Marks and natural signs are not considered defects.
Case Goods – 1-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all case goods (dining, bedroom, occasional tables) for one year from the date of possession to be free from material or manufacturing defects.
Mattress Warranty
Your purchase is covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please read the material included with your product. For any concerns, contact our Client Care Department.
Note: Stains or inadequate frames will void your warranty. Manufacturer’s law labels must remain intact to qualify for warranty service.
Sofa Bed and Sleep Chest Mattresses – 1-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all sofa bed and sleep chest mattresses for one year from the date of possession, to be free from material or manufacturing defects.
Rugs – 1-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all rugs for one year from the date of possession to be free from material or manufacturing defects.
Accessories – 1-year warranty
Konto Furniture warrants all accessories for one year from the date of possession to be free from material or manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
- Heavy soiling
- Abuse and neglect
- Improper or unapproved cleaning methods
- Fading due to direct sunlight exposure
- Leather in dry environments
- Protective finishes
- Tears, pilling, fading, cracking, shrinking
- Regular wear and tear
- Damage from pets
- Flattening of nap on velvets
- Altered or modified products
Labour and Workmanship are covered for one year. Transportation is covered for one year on local delivery orders.
AS-IS and FINAL SALE items
All items marked “AS-IS” or “FINAL SALE” are sold in as-is condition with no warranty and are not returnable.

Return Policy
Deposits and Refunds
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the value of the merchandise purchased is required to place a Custom Order. Stocked items require 100% payment in full to reserve merchandise. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
Deposits made by cash will be refunded on the debit card of the person who paid cash for the order, and if that person is not present, the deposit will be refunded by cheque and mailed to the person who paid cash for the order.
Deposits on Custom Order items are non-refundable.
“As-Is” and “Final Sale” Items
All items marked “AS-IS” or “FINAL SALE” are accepted as is, and are non-returnable.

Merchandise returns for goods previously delivered and set up in the home are subject to a $99 fee. Restocking fees of 25% will also apply.

Delivery Fees
Any fee that has been charged for a delivery that has been attempted is considered a final sale and is non-refundable.
Stocked Merchandise Conditions
Merchandise purchased from stock but not picked up or delivered can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, or we will offer a one-time re-selection with no fees. Excludes final-sale and discontinued products.
Merchandise purchased from stock that has been picked up or delivered may be returned within 48 hours of pick up or delivery, subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, or we will offer a one-time re-selection with no fees.
Goods not returned within 48 hours are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
60-Day Sleep Guarantee
If within 60 days of receiving your new mattress you are not completely satisfied with the comfort, you can do a one-time exchange towards another mattress of equal or greater value provided the original mattress was purchased in conjunction with a mattress protector from Konto Furniture.
Mattress protectors & pillows cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale. Stained, damaged, clearance, and special order products are not covered by the 60-day Sleep Comfort Guarantee.
Custom Orders Conditions
Custom-ordered items are ordered specifically for you and cannot be exchanged, refunded or cancelled.
All efforts are made to ensure your merchandise arrives within the estimated time period. However, since these “ETA’s” are based on industry averages, there will not be any compensation (monetary or otherwise) for unforeseen delays.
Differences in dye lots, leather variations, and wood grain will happen in certain instances and are deemed normal in fine furniture.
