Konto Furniture Standard Warranty

The following warranties are given to the original purchaser of Konto Furniture products. Warranties are non-transferable.

All merchandise carries a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty to protect your purchase against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover transportation costs, wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage by the consumer. We will always attempt to first repair vs replace the product. All clearance products are sold “as is” without a manufacturer’s warranty. No repairs, returns, re-selections, or exchanges of clearance products are possible.

AS-IS and FINAL SALE items

All items marked “AS-IS” or “FINAL SALE” are accepted in as-is condition with no warranty (unless otherwise stated) and are not returnable under any circumstances.

Mattress Warranty

Your purchase is covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please read the warranty material with your product. Should you have a warranty issue, contact Konto Furniture’s Client Care Department. Note: Stains and/or inadequate bed frame or foundation will void your warranty.

Mattresses Exchanges and Returns

If within 60 days of receiving your new mattress you are not completely satisfied with the comfort, you can do a one-time exchange towards another mattress of equal or greater value.

Simply sleep on your mattress for at least 30 days to ensure that it settles properly and your body has the time to adjust to the feel of your new mattress.

To take advantage of the 60-day Sleep Comfort Guarantee, new mattresses must be purchased in conjunction with a mattress protector from Konto Furniture. Mattresses purchased without a mattress protector are not covered by the Mattress Comfort Guarantee and will be considered final sale items. Mattress protectors & pillows cannot be returned or exchanged. All mattress protectors & pillows purchased are final sale items.

Stained, damaged, clearance, and special order products are not covered by the 60-day Sleep Comfort Guarantee.

On all mattresses, the manufacturer’s law label must remain intact and sewn into its original position to qualify for any exchange.

Delivery fees are non-refundable and any additional exchange or pick-ups are subject to a second delivery fee.

A complimentary heavy-duty mattress bag will be provided for any mattress return or exchange. Due to health and sanitary reasons, it will be the client’s responsibility to use the provided mattress bag to seal up their old mattress prior to the delivery team’s arrival. The Delivery Teams will not take back any mattresses that have visible stains or bed bugs.
