ONLINE ORDER PICKUP
Pickup of products ordered online is available from our south side distribution centre in Edmonton. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
STOCK ITEMS RETURN POLICY
- A full refund will be issued if a stock item is returned unopened in original wrap within 7 days of being picked up.
- In-store credit applicable if item has been opened. Open items must be returned within 48 hours in original condition.
- No refunds will be done on delivery charges.
- Additional delivery charge for pick up of delivered items.
- No returns on mattresses once opened.
CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
- There are no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
- KONTO FURNITURE will do their best to assure your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. However since estimated times of arrival “E.T.A.s” are based on industry averages, we cannot guarantee any compensation (monetary or otherwise) for unforeseen delays.
- Differences in dye lots and leather variations will happen in certain instances and are deemed normal in ne upholstered furniture.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
- For your protection, we will only deliver if your residence is attended by an adult or person of legal age, and is present for the duration of the delivery.
- Please ensure your driveway, walkways, and hallways are clear. (Free from vehicles, ice, mud, bikes, toys, etc.)
- Pre-measure your door ways, entrances, and hallways to ensure your new furniture will fit.
- There are situations where your purchase may be a tight fit, by signing this agreement, you are approving our attempt to bring your furniture into the desired room and therefore release all liability in case of any damages to your property.
- Please remove existing furniture and ensure the area is ready to receive the delivery of the new furniture.
Konto Furniture offers a minimum 1 year warranty with sales receipt against manufacturer’s defects. Does not cover transportation costs and product subject to misuse or accidental damage by consumer. Does not cover mattresses, upholstery material, and items marked “Final Sale”.

All items marked as final sale are accepted as is, and are not returnable.
